Delivery times

Standard 7–18 business days, Express 3–7 business days, Priority 1–3 business days. Personal delivery is arranged directly by the seller with no courier tracking number. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and a tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships (not applicable to personal delivery).

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination. Standard shipping is free on orders over $60 (USD).

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Custom-engraved pieces are final sale unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
