Refund Policy

1. Unopened, sealed items: return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging.

2. Opened intimate items: for hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only for quality defects; we re-ship or refund free of charge.

3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
