Refund & Return Policy

1. Non-custom standard pieces: returnable for refund within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in original packaging.

2. Custom pieces (engraving / birthstone): made to order, so returns are accepted only for quality issues; we re-ship or refund free of charge.

3. Refund timing: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return, back to the original payment method.

4. Shipping: return shipping for non-quality issues is paid by the buyer.
